They are currently looking to quickly recruit a candidate for the position of Sourcing – BD Manager.=> Salary up to $3,000.Full package of attractive benefits.ResponsibilityBased on the company's strategic goals, formulate the business plans and work schedulesfor the Southeast Asia purchasing department, organize their implementation, and enhancethe operational efficiency of the organization;Be responsible for the management and development of suppliers for the furniture factoriesin Southeast Asia, organize supplier evaluations and optimize suppliers based on theevaluation results;Be responsible for the inquiry, comparison, negotiation and ordering of goods, regularlyanalyze costs, and ensure the quality of goods;Be responsible for the communication and coordination of design, market research andquality among upstream and downstream departments;Improve and optimize the procurement process for furniture development in Southeast Asia,and be fully responsible for the team building and workflow optimization in Southeast Asia.RequirementsCollege degree or above, no specific major required, fluent in both Chinese and English;At least 10 years of experience in foreign trade / cross-border e-commerce furnitureprocurement, familiar with the main costs of foreign trade furniture and the export process;more than 5 years of team management experience;Familiar with the furniture development and procurement workflow, capable ofindependently developing qualified suppliers;Strong data processing and analysis skills, planning ability, and project management ability;Possess good team management skills, communication skills and cost awareness.
