ACG_2368_JOB Our client is a leading group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:Fully and timely execute audit, accounting, and settlement reports for all member companies. Be responsible for direct collaboration with auditors regarding the audited financial statements (individual & consolidated) of all member companies.Work with tax authorities and handle tax issues, including tax settlements for the companies within the Group.Organize, manage, and operate the accounting department of the Group.Oversee and manage the work of chief accountants and accountants within the Group.Advise on tax and financial accounting issues in M&A transactions and capital structuring for the Group and its companies.Represent the Finance & Accounting Department in working with other departments within the Group to address common issues.Prepare and control the budget of the companies within the Group.Coordinate to perform other tasks as required by direct management.Advise and consult with the Leadership Board on overall strategies for the Group. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Financial Accounting. IELTS 5.5 or B1 (level three of Vietnam's foreign language competency framework).Professional qualifications in the field: ACCA, CPA is preferredAt least 10 years of experience.Experience working in Big Four firms, at least at the Manager level, with experience in corporate settings.Experience working in large multi -industry corporations both domestically and internationally.Experience in multi -tier management.Thorough understanding of legal regulations regarding principles and standards of financial accounting, finance, management accounting, accounting practices, auditing, tax laws and regulations, and control processes.Strong negotiation skills.Problem -solving skills under high pressure.Good organizational skills and scientific, effective work methods.Presentation and training skills.Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in multi -industry companies and/or in construction and real estate with M&A experience.
