Our client is a leading real estate company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

1. Executive Management & Corporate Governance

  • Provide direct support to the General Director in the comprehensive leadership and daily operational oversight of support functions (Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Administration, Legal Compliance). Ensure the organizational structure is lean, efficient, and cohesive.

  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Company's medium- and long-term development strategies, aligning with the Group's direction.

  • Ensure the corporate governance system adheres to legal requirements, internal regulations, and modern governance practices.

2. Financial and Investment Management

  • Lead and direct all aspects of finance, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial risk management.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of capital utilization, investment proposals, and M&A activities within subsidiaries/projects.

  • Manage capital contributions in subsidiaries as assigned by the General Director.

3. Subsidiary Management and Operational Optimization

  • Develop a system for managing and monitoring the operational efficiency of subsidiaries.

  • Lead the process of corporate restructuring, operational optimization, and foster synergy among affiliated units to build sustainable competitive advantages.

4. System Management and Operations

  • Establish and maintain the internal governance system and operational procedures.

  • Oversee legal compliance, administrative functions, and office coordination.

  • Represent the Board of Management to work with state regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and strategic partners, both domestic and international, to advance the Company's objectives.

Requirements

1. Experience & Expertise:

  • Minimum of five (05) years of experience in a senior executive role (e.g., Deputy General Director, COO, CFO) within large-scale Corporations or General Companies.

  • Demonstrated practical success in multi-disciplinary management, including: Finance – Investment, Operations, Human Resources, and Subsidiary Governance.

  • Proven experience in managing capital in subsidiaries, corporate restructuring, or M&A activities.

  • Deep understanding of the following sectors: infrastructure investment, industrial parks, industrial real estate, and corporate finance.

2. Preferred Qualifications (Priorities):

  • Priority 1: Candidates with experience in State-owned Economic Groups, listed companies, General Corporations undergoing State divestment, SCIC (State Capital Investment Corporation), or enterprises operating under a Holding model governance structure.

  • Priority 2: Experience within the core business sectors of the Company's Infrastructure division, such as real estate and industrial park real estate.

3. Competencies & Attributes:

  • Strategic thinking – orientation towards corporate governance.

  • Strong capacity for executive management, strategy deployment, financial management, and risk management.

  • Ability to build systems and manage organizational change.

  • External Relations: Proficient negotiation skills and the ability to maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, partners, and financial institutions.

4. Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
