About The Role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team based looking after Small & Medium size businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will look to establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. • Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the advertising performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify ways to do this at scale.
• Build and grow successful win-win partnerships with existing media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners to support their long term growth
• Develop scalable and strategic approaches to:
• Helping agencies improve performance of their advertising campaigns
• Enabling agencies to onboard and activate more clients to use TikTok advertising platform
• Work across multiple teams, including Sales, Product and Marketing, to gather advertiser feedback and propose solutions to unlock more business opportunities for agencies and their advertisers.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• High oral and written fluency in English and Vietnamese
• A genuine passion for small and medium size businesses (SMB)
• Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
• Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management is a plus
• Experience with Agency or Agency partnerships
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SMB sector
