We're looking for a
Production Manager
to oversee end-to-end production operations for a
leading international electronics manufacturer
. This role calls for a passionate professional who thrives in dynamic settings, loves optimizing processes, and takes pride in building high-performing teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead daily production activities to ensure quality, quantity, and delivery targets are met
  • Plan production line capacity and manpower based on customer demand and factory resources
  • Collaborate closely with
    Quality, Engineering, SCM, and Warehouse
    teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost control, and yield rate
  • Oversee material planning, production reports, and scrap analysis
  • Ensure on-time shipment and strong coordination with customers and suppliers
  • Support customer audits (including
    top-tier global OEM clients
    )
  • Train and mentor team leaders and operators to achieve operational excellence
  • Enforce production discipline and compliance with company standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
    in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • 7+ years
    of experience in the
    electronics manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record working with global clients
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in
    Chinese.
    (Can communicate in English is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of
    production control, manpower planning, and cost management
