Your Role

  • Responsible for Marketing, Social, Communication, Digital, and other Branding activities related to assigned categories/brands
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of plans to ensure brand strategy consistency
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to execute communication activities
  • Monitor and analyze the market to develop marketing plans for new products, category, and brand growth
  • Collaborate with individuals and departments to plan and develop effective marketing strategies across company and partner media channels
  • Analyze customer insights to understand their needs and interests, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Monitor category/product sales and plan monthly stock volumes to meet company requirements
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in brand project management or marketing in FMCG/FnB sectors, especially in packaged food
  • Experienced in brand development and product branding
  • Strong and comprehensive knowledge of marketing and branding activities
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strategic thinking and creative mindset
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proactively stay updated on market trends and industry changes and apply them to practice
  • Excellent English
