Your Impact

  • As a Test Development Engineer in the NPI process, you will play a vital role in bringing new products from concept to full-scale manufacturing. You'll design, validate, and optimize test solutions that ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance with standards before mass production.
  • Develop, validate, and implement test procedures and equipment for new products during the NPI phase
  • Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Analyze test data to provide feedback on product performance and reliability.
  • Support builds and ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
  • Optimize test processes for efficiency, repeatability, and scalability in manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Document test plans, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering about Mechatronic, Electrical, Programming.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuits, or manufacturing processes.
  • Familiar with the test equipment (ex: multimeter, oscilloscope, …)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation (datasheets, test plan).
  • Good documentation skills for engineering purposes (ex: recoding test procedures, results, and technical observations).
  • Willingness to work onsite in a factory environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in product testing, hardware validation, or manufacturing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of scripting or programming for automation by Python.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for hands-on work and continuous improvement.
  • Good mindset on Product testing, Hardware validation.
  • Experience on Firmware/Software development and debugging.
  • Understand about automation test.
