Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Pharmaceutical Research Specialist
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting the development of pharmaceutical products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
  • Develop and validate testing methods for new drug formulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on research findings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of drug formulations and production processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and technology.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory equipment.
  • Good communication skills in English.
