MISSION

Provide a single source of truth for the Group's financial performance by leading end-to-end consolidation, ensuring integrity and transparency of reported results, and enabling the CFO, CEO, and Group Leadership to make fast, high-quality decisions.

ACTIVITIES


•
Act as the strategic reporting partner to senior stakeholders (CEO, CFO, Chief of Staff, Bangkok Headquarter,...), ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust in all financial reports and insights.


• Lead ad-hoc and routine group consolidation across all BUs


• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of reporting


• Challenge BU Business Controllers on assumptions, forecast quality, and unusual variances


• Develop and improve group reporting framework, templates, and standard chart of accounts


• Ensure strong financial governance and control around reporting processes


• Work closely with BCs to validate performance drivers and financial insights


• Partner with FAST to strengthen the compliance for supporting documents for Audit purposes


• Manage group closing calendar, ensuring timely submission from all BUs


• Develop a high-performing reporting team, coach junior analysts/controllers


• Other tasks assigned by CFO.

COMPETENCIES

Knowledge & experience:

  • Strong interest and experience in consolidation reporting

  • Experience working with multiple BUs/entities (preferred: multinational or large local groups)

  • Solid understanding of group consolidation tools / ERP (SAP BPC, OneStream, HFM, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge BU numbers

  • Excellent communication and ability to interact directly with CFO and senior stakeholders

  • Attention to detail, strong governance mindset

  • Leadership experience managing small teams

  • English proficiency

  • Passionate with numbers and detail and storytelling

  • Knowledge of retail industry is a plus

Skill:

  • Skill in working with excel, power BI, producing insightful reports/dashboards

  • Good communication skills to be able to express opinion to stakeholders.

Managerial skill:

  • Be able to manage a team of 1-3 members.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and related majors

Seniority: 6+ years in similar position

Language: English (fluent)

Office skills: Microsoft Office

Attitude: teamwork, adaptable, can-do spirit, solutions oriented.
