Job description
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
  • Deliver user training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with development and technical teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and project updates.
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work alongside Project Managers to align business analysis tasks with overall project schedules.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively to support and drive Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide continuous support for implemented solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with business strategies and goals.
Your skills and experience
  • Strong ENGLISH communication skills are required. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with core Agile principles.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience using requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proficient in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and related documentation.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, paired with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using business analysis tools such as Axure RP or similar platforms.
  • Background in Fintech is considered a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL is an added advantage.
