JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure all assigned research is diligently executed. Duties include data collection, database management, market studies and development consultancy, developing and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research:

  • Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
  • Write/update reports on all property market segments.
  • Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
  • Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
  • Process data and provide input for research reports
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
  • Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.

Coordination:

  • Team coordination.
  • Liaise with managers and clients to ensure quality of work is delivered in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate/Economics/Finance/or Commerce
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience in the real estate sector are preferred
  • Experience in data collection/analysis, data system management, and report writing
  • Proficient in English, especially in writing reports in English

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Creativity, imagination, and a self-starter.

Savills Hanoi Office at 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi, Vietnam

WORKING HOURS:

8.30 AM PM (Monday to Friday)
