Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate in Investment Banking, based in the Hanoi Capital Region. Responsibilities include leading advanced financial modeling efforts, conducting detailed due diligence, preparing valuation analysis for potential investments, and managing key aspects of clients' capital raising and M&A transactions. This role also involves market research, providing strategic financial insights, and working in cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation techniques
  • Strong ability in Due Diligence and assessing investment opportunities
  • In-depth understanding of Finance and proven Analytical Skills
  • Experience in delivering quality client service and handling complex financial transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory roles
