Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Engineer Intern located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Data Engineer Intern will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, transforming raw data into usable formats, and supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Responsibilities include data modeling, developing data warehouses for efficient data storage, and conducting data analytics tasks to support business insights. Collaboration with team members on data-related projects is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering, including the development and optimization of data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing practices to ensure effective data organization and storage.
  • Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools and processes for managing data workflows.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics techniques to extract insights from data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (in progress or recently completed).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and programming languages like Python or SQL is a plus.
