About us:

The position is based in HCM City. You will work at URGO Group's subsidiary which opened over 20 years ago in Vietnam. The Group has 3 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Care (MC), and Medical Technology. You will join our 90+ people team and focus on Consumer Healthcare business. We provide health solutions to consumers, patients and healthcare professionals.

This position will focus on these Key Responsibilities in Field Force

  • To develop and implement the Company's strategy in order to maximize the results.
  • Guide and coach the FF team to achieve the results in-line with the strategy given by the company and to improve their skills.
  • Lead The Company's brand development through proactive actions in the given area.

Report directly to National Manager – Traditional Trade.

Main Responsibilities:

Represent Urgo company and its range of products to healthcare professionals to achieve the objectives and ambitions shared by the company.

  • By identifying opportunities with regards to market realities and competitive intelligence and developing appropriate actions to optimize results
  • By managing and coaching the Product Specialists team to guide them in the achievement of the objectives and a constant evolution.
  • By designing and implementing a team plan of action to maintain or correct trends by optimal allocation of resources in line with company strategy and monitoring impact and results.
  • By making sure the key customers and partners are properly covered and regularly visited, both by the Product Specialists and by the Team Leader.

To develop team competencies through effective and continuous management and coaching that are well adapted to people's utilized competencies and needs for development and growth

  • By making joint visits to customers and observe Product Specialist in their activities and responsibilities to diagnose strengths and challenges to provide support, coaching and development to the med rep with a constant tracking.
  • By creating a positive atmosphere in the team based on effective communication, team work and motivation to overcome the challenges.

Maintain efficient internal communication

  • Effectively communicate with FF team and relevant members of other teams (PMs, Modern Trade…), coordinate cycles visits with Product Specialist, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory achievements.

Ensure continuous development and utilization of tools and competencies associated with the role

  • By making sure the Product Specialist use all the tools the company put at their disposition that will facilitate the achievement of the objectives.
  • Do the convenient reports when asked by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Ideally Pharmacist, Economics background (Business school, university, etc.)
  • Successfully track data records (pharmaceuticals or medical devices)
  • Minimum three years of experience as Supervisor or Area manager
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) & Excellent Vietnamese
