Role Description
The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring business requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from development team. Lead, coordinate and establish requirements definition and use-case modeling by outlining the system's functionality and delimiting the system.
Details as follow:
- Gather business and system requirements
- Acting as the bridge between client and offshore/onshore to clarify requirement with development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
- Create BRD (Business Requirement Document), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules) and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed)
- Assist offshore/onshore team in knowledge transfer of existing system
- Review and provide the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
- Assist PM on project scope, project change, estimation and planning
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from others BA
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Mathematics, or related fields
- Solid experience or understanding of banking products.
- Technical & analytical skills
- Background in data modeling/data analytics and/or data mining - experience with Tableau//Microsoft BI/MicroStrategy and SQL coding is a plus
- Experience of sales, financial & execution data - both internal and syndicated - and the creation of dashboards and scorecards to visual the data
- Project management skills

Time
: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Mon-Fri).
