  • Thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp Salesforce dựa trên yêu cầu kinh doanh.
  • Tạo và duy trì các quy tắc quy trình làm việc của Salesforce để tự động hóa quy trình kinh doanh và hợp lý hóa việc quản lý dữ liệu.
  • Sử dụng API REST của Salesforce để tích hợp Salesforce với các hệ thống và nền tảng khác.
  • Viết mã Apex để mở rộng chức năng của Salesforce, bao gồm trình kích hoạt, lớp và bộ điều khiển.
  • Cộng tác với các bên liên quan để thu thập và phân tích các yêu cầu, đồng thời cung cấp chuyên môn và đề xuất kỹ thuật.

  • Bằng cử nhân về Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm sâu trong việc thiết kế và triển khai Quy tắc quy trình làm việc của Salesforce để tự động hóa và tối ưu hóa quy trình kinh doanh.
  • Thành thạo tích hợp API REST của Salesforce, bao gồm xác thực, thao tác dữ liệu và xử lý lỗi.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo ngôn ngữ lập trình Apex
  • Làm quen với các thành phần Visualforce và Lightning.
  • Hiểu biết vững chắc về cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ và các khái niệm mô hình hóa dữ liệu.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
