Salesforce Development

On a day-to-day basis, you will be the first line of support for Salesforce related cases, and inquiries, where you will be troubleshooting issues and assisting the sales and marketing teams with data management and development of the Salesforce implementation. To start, your main responsibilities will include creating users, building reports and dashboards, providing on-site training, helping to support several Salesforce plug-ins, and assisting with other projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Design, configure & develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
  • Develop reports, dashboards
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of

Your skills and experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years' experience with designing and developing enterprise solutions (including Apex, Lightning components, triggers, workflows, SOQL, Batch, etc.)
  • Ability to develop, QA and deploy independently
  • Familiar with the features of Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (preferably with community-related experience)
  • Familiar with Aura, LWC and other development languages (preferred)
  • Previous experience with Pardot and/or database management tools (preferred)
  • Salesforce certification - Developer 1 or Developer 2 (preferred)
  • Training abilities and strong communication capabilities
  • Desire to learn and collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Excellent communication skills and self-starter mentality and good command of English in addition to local language
