As a
Associate Product Manager (eKYC)
at TrueID, you will have the ultimate responsibility for decision-making and prioritization for driving product strategy, roadmap, and product development to solve for identity trust in the financial sector in Vietnam and BFSI markets. You will operate to deliver next-generation Digital Identity/eKYC product offerings to our clients. You will play a key role in ideating and co-creating new features that uniquely meet the needs of clients & market.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand market needs, especially in BFSI sector, create a compelling product vision, and make a product roadmap quarterly and annually
  • Deliver a world-class product with input from customers, clients, sales, and advisory teams
  • Run product opportunity assessment: right features for the right market with available technology
  • Work closely with the Data Science team & Engineering team to deliver product features of the product roadmap
  • Engage with clients and users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product features
  • Use data to understand how the product and features perform and make data-driven decisions to improve the product and user experience
  • Conceive, define, and drive the research/product requirements to build great experiences for end-users
  • Use data & client feedback to identify new fraud schemes
  • Advise clients on identity fraud policies and monitoring performance from the risk management perspective
  • Support sales in pitching & deployment for customers
  • Brief and train the sales force regarding new product updates

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Have 3+ years of experience in product management with Digital Identity products (eKYC is a plus)
  • Experience of managing Banking & Financial B2B products through the full life cycle: strategy, development, experimentation, launch, optimization
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to create a compelling product vision, convince & lead the team to that vision
  • Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot product opportunities, and inform product decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
