Associate Product Manager

Momos is a fast-growing SaaS platform powering customer engagement, analytics, and growth for restaurant and multi-location retail brands around the world. Our product suite helps brands understand their guests, create personalized marketing, manage feedback at scale, and operate smarter with AI-driven insights.

As an early employee, you'll work closely with our founders, engineers, designers, and data team to shape the future of guest experience technology.

This is a 12–24 month rotational program designed to develop the next generation of product leaders at Momos.

You will rotate across multiple Product Pods—for example:

• Activate (AI-powered marketing automation)
• Audience & Analytics (RFM segmentation, dashboards, CDP insights)
• Care (Unified Inbox, feedback classification, sentiment modeling)
• Enterprise / Integrations (POS, reservations, loyalty, APIs)
• Mobile / International Expansion (new UI surfaces, new markets)

Each rotation places you as a core member of the pod, where you'll own real product problems end-to-end: discovery, requirements, design iterations, analytics, stakeholder alignment, and launch.

This is not a shadowing program—you will ship real features used by global restaurant brands.

• Work directly with senior PMs and cross-functional partners to define product requirements and write high-quality specs.
• Conduct lightweight research: customer interviews, data deep dives, competitive analysis, usability testing.
• Work with engineering to break down problems, refine scope, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Analyze product usage, run experiments, and generate insights that inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design to create intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Help shape product strategy by contributing ideas, frameworks, and structured thinking.
• Present updates, learnings, and proposals to leadership during each rotation.
• After the program, transition into a full-time Product Manager role on one of our pods.

We welcome applicants from any discipline—business, engineering, humanities, data science, economics, design, hospitality, social sciences, or something completely unexpected.

• Strong product sense – ability to reason about users, problems, tradeoffs, UX quality, and value.
• Clear thinking & structured problem-solving – you can break complex concepts into parts and communicate them crisply.
• High agency & ownership – you don't wait to be told what to do; you push things forward, unblock yourself, and drive outcomes.
• Curiosity & adaptability – willingness to dive into new domains quickly, from AI to restaurant ops to data modeling.
• Empathy – you can understand user behaviors, motivations, and constraints.

These will help you ramp faster in certain pods, but we don't expect you to have all—or any—of them:

• Software development fundamentals (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, Postgres, APIs)
• Data analysis and visualization (Tableau, Python/pandas, R, BI tools)
• UI/UX design experience (Figma, prototyping, usability testing)
• AI/ML familiarity (prompting, embeddings, model behavior, basic statistics)
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or consumer engagement platforms
