 About BOT Model

Our BOT model provides a long-term solution for successfully delivering your product roadmap without outsourcing your software development. In just a few weeks, we can set up dedicated software development teams in Vietnam which will be steadily integrated in your organization and can eventually be fully transferred.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your key responsibilities will be to direct a team of dedicated engineers of varied experience levels.

Enabling your team as an inspiring Technical Manager, co-create the technical vision, strategy and technical roadmap planning and product definition for your team, alongside your technical leads and product managers/product designer.



Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software solutions with consideration to high-performance, high-quality systems and applications using modern industry best practices
  • Align with our Design, Engineering and Product principles to build product & technical solutions that drive customer value with quality and performance
  • Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Engage in technical discussion of solutions and product ideas through documentation, design reviews, pair programming, code review and technology discussions


Qualifications

  • You are a skillful engineer with high standards, passion for quality and a few years of experience under your belt
  • Solid computer science fundamentals: algorithms and data structures
  • Language agnostic, have experience in one of the following languages: Java, Golang, or PHP
  • Good at English communication, especially in the global software development environment
  • Experience with building service-oriented architecture, microservices, and modern techniques and tools around it We use Docker, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, etc
  • Deep knowledge in relational and noSQL datastores. We use MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, S3, etc
  • Understanding of what it takes to build reliable, scalable and resilient systems using modern best practices, ex: Caching, monitoring, tracing, eventual consistency, queues, load balancing, circuit breaking, etc
  • Experience with modern build, techniques, architectures and practices. We use AWS, ECS, Lambda, Docker, Jenkins,etc
