- Take full ownership of the End User vertical, driving the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.

- Monitor key product metrics (conversion, activation, retention, satisfaction) and guide the team in data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure consistent UX/UI design principles, system scalability, and product performance optimization.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to drive acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Tech to remove friction and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Represent the End User vertical in strategic planning sessions, OKR alignment, and performance reviews.
- Champion a product-led growth mindset, aligning team priorities with overall business impact.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation.
- Create an environment that values user empathy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Promote strong collaboration across Product, Design, Tech, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Drive the evolution of internal product processes and frameworks to scale efficiently as the organization grows.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role guiding Product Owners or cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in defining product vision and strategy, building mobile-first user experiences, and leading cross-platform product ecosystems that drive user growth and retention.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with deep expertise in user funnels, engagement metrics, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision and deliver measurable impact.
- Extensive experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage product delivery and collaboration.
- Experience in job platforms, B2C products, or digital marketplaces is a significant advantage, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- 100% salary on your probation period.
