Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng cuối qua điện thoại, email và hệ thống ticketing, đảm bảo giải quyết nhanh chóng các vấn đề liên quan đến phần mềm và phần cứng.
  • Xác định và phân tích các sự cố kỹ thuật, từ đó đưa ra giải pháp hiệu quả nhằm khôi phục hoạt động của hệ thống và thiết bị.
  • Thực hiện cài đặt, cấu hình và bảo trì các thiết bị máy tính, máy in và phần mềm ứng dụng theo yêu cầu của người dùng.
  • Đào tạo và hướng dẫn người dùng về cách sử dụng các hệ thống và ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin một cách hiệu quả.
  • Theo dõi và báo cáo tình trạng các yêu cầu hỗ trợ, đảm bảo tất cả các vấn đề được ghi nhận và xử lý theo đúng quy trình.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hoặc IT Helpdesk.
  • Thành thạo hệ điều hành Windows, macOS và các ứng dụng văn phòng phổ biến.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng giải thích các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho người không chuyên.
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
