JOB OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Customer Growth Manager to join our Digital Customer Growth Team in Vietnam. This is a frontline people management role: you will lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle from acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Your focus will be on empowering the team, driving performance, and ensuring our customers achieve success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team: Manage, coach, and grow digital account managers, ensuring strong execution across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
- Own pod performance: Be accountable for delivering growth at scale by balancing customer acquisition, digital engagement, and retention/expansion motions in the long-tail segment.
- Drive operational excellence: Run team huddles, set priorities, guide account assignment, and act as the decision-making lead for the Vietnam pod.
- Stay hands-on: Engage directly with accounts when needed, model best practices, and provide practical guidance that helps the team succeed in high-volume motions.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Sales, and Product to shape programs that improve outcomes for long-tail customers.
- Scale impact: Design playbooks, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistency, predictability, and efficiency across a large base of digital-first customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in customer success, sales, digital engagement, or lifecycle management in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience mentoring or leading teammates, with an interest in growing into a formal management role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate with global teams
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred) for managing lifecycle data and reporting
- Analytical and process-driven mindset with the ability to design systems, workflows, and playbooks that scale success
- Demonstrated ability to establish structure and prioritize effectively to drive predictable outcomes
- Comfortable leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Collaborative and able to build strong partnerships across customer-facing and operational teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, driving acquisition, retention, and expansion outcomes
- Familiar with high-volume, high-transaction sales and success playbooks
- Experience with automation and workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, Intercom, or
- Background in lifecycle engagement or marketing automation campaigns
- Familiarity with pooled or shared success models in SaaS
- Experience building or improving operational processes, especially in scaling teams or programs
- Exposure to global customer bases across multiple regions and industries
