Mobile App Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Design:
   Proactively design and lead the development of core mobile application features, ensuring exceptional quality and user experience.
• Architecture & Solutions:
   Architect robust application designs (Clean Architecture / Modular), propose technical solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Code Quality:
   Write high-quality, maintainable code, ensure comprehensive test coverage (unit / widget / integration tests), actively participate in code reviews, and uphold best-in-class coding standards.
• Operations & Deployment:
   Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee application releases (Play Store / App Store), promptly address production issues, and monitor for errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and QA teams to translate concepts into fully functional products, guiding features from design to production rollout.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
   Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior/intern team members, lead design reviews, and conduct post-mortem sessions to foster team growth.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
  , with at least 
  2+ years of hands-on experience
   specifically with Flutter in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience with at least 
  1-2 published mobile applications
   (Play Store / App Store) or significant contributions to production repositories (please provide GitHub / repo / build links in your application).
• Proficiency in Flutter:
   Deep understanding of Widgets, Layouts, Routing, and advanced state management techniques (Provider / BLoC / Riverpod / Riverpod + Modular, or similar).
• Strong experience in designing application architectures (Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, modularization).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API and/or GraphQL, JSON, sync/offline mechanisms, and caching strategies.
• Proven experience writing unit/widget/integration tests and implementing CI/CD (familiarity with Codemagic / GitHub Actions / Fastlane / Bitrise is a plus).
• Expertise in Git (branching strategies, Pull Requests, code reviews) and experience managing releases, versioning, and rollbacks.
• Exceptional debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills for mobile applications (memory, layout jank, startup time).
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, with demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English; basic team communication in English is a plus.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Native Android/iOS development experience (lifecycle, permissions, native modules / platform channels).
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) or other push notification systems.
• Knowledge of mobile application security, advanced CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Sentry, Datadog).
• Prior experience with projects requiring real-time functionality (WebSocket), streaming, or complex background task processing.
