Responsibilities:

Store Operation: 35%

  • Content Production : create optimization content (3-5 bullet points) : build content formula based on platform instruction (trending keyword - content metric - cat metric...) and how to apply (image - description - name) & measure
  • Platform Content Attribute Fill rate tracking
  • PDP live status & KAFR / Product Info update
  • Content Operation : listing & upload

Campaign Content Production: 35%

  • Onsite Content Tracker
  • Content QC

Behavior & Engagement : 30%

  • Attendance & Response rate
  • Deadline & Productivity commitment
  • Communication & Collaboration
