**RESPONSIBILITYMain responsibility**Controlling and ensuring compliance with legal regulations the company's business operations.Reviewing contracts, agreements, official correspondence, and documents related to the Company's operations (including project acquisition, construction, leasing, financing, and operations).Reviewing the internal rules, have the sufficient internal rules in place and ensure their timely update.Preparing and submitting documents at Competent authorities;2. Main tasksDrafting and submitting internal corporate approvals, including letters of consent, meeting minutes, resolutions, and decisions, to the competent authorities within the Company.Reviewing contracts, agreements, official correspondence, and documents related to the Company's operations (including project acquisition, construction, leasing, financing, and operations).Providing legal advice on the Company's internal matters to the Board of Directors and relevant departments.Preparing and submitting applications for approvals, amendments to licenses, and reports related to the Company's and clients' operations.Updating, reviewing, and disseminating newly issued legal instruments that directly affect the Company's production, business, and investment activities.Drafting templates, procedures, and regulations to support the operations of the Legal Department and the Company.Organizing and systematizing the Legal Department's document archives.Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.POSITION REQUIREMENTS1. Degree/Certificate RequirementsAcademic level: College and aboveMajor: LawEnglish: MajorComputer: Proficient in the use of office softwareOther requirements (if any)2. Required Experience/Knowledge2.1 Expertise• Bachelor of Laws.• Understanding the field of operation of the company (Industrial Real Estate).2.2 Experience• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate business (preferably in industrial real estate).• M&A;• Licensing: ERC, IRC related to manufacturing activities in industrial zones.• Ensure confidentiality of work information.• Familiarity with government authorities in Dong Nai is an advantage.3.
