Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated NVM Circuitry Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and simulation of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) circuitry, with a focus on both analog and logic circuit simulation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative memory solutions for next-generation products. You can find the skill requirements for the role below:

  • Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Knowledge
  • Analog Circuitry design
  • Background of semiconductor Physics and Logical Analytics
  • Familiar with using circuit and analog simulation tools.
  • Mainstream CAD knowledge
  • Understanding the testing and silicon debug, system analysis are positive qualifications and a plus.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese, English, others are plus.
  • Professional ethic, teamwork
  • No restriction to any country with Microchip's presence
  • % of Travel Required: 0-10%

Requirements/Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering. Semiconductor courses preferred.
  • Schematic and layout entry (knowledge)
  • Simulation tools (knowledge)
  • Programming with Perl, tcl, Unix shell (knowledge. Good programming is valuable) is a plus
