Mô tả công việc

  • Thu thập, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu từ các nguồn hệ thống (app, game, marketing, product...) để hỗ trợ việc ra quyết định chiến lược.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống dashboard, báo cáo định kỳ và báo cáo chuyên sâu phục vụ các team liên quan (Product, Business, Marketing…).
  • Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu suất sản phẩm thông qua các chỉ số chính (DAU/MAU, retention, engagement, revenue, v.v.).
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với Product Owner, Data Engineer và Marketing Analyst để đảm bảo dữ liệu được khai thác hiệu quả và chính xác.
  • Đưa ra insight giúp cải thiện tính năng, tăng trải nghiệm người dùng, và tối ưu hiệu quả vận hành.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng, đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn và nhất quán của dữ liệu trong toàn hệ thống.
  • Đề xuất và triển khai các phương pháp phân tích mới nhằm nâng cao khả năng dự báo và hiểu người dùng.

Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Khoa học Dữ liệu, Toán – Thống kê, Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc tương đương.
  • Có tối thiểu 3–4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Data Analyst, ưu tiên trong môi trường mobile app/game hoặc digital product.
  • Thành thạo SQL, có kinh nghiệm với BigQuery / GCP là lợi thế.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Looker Studio, Power BI hoặc Tableau để trực quan hóa dữ liệu.
  • Hiểu biết vững về mô hình dữ liệu, các chỉ số phân tích người dùng như funnel, retention, cohort.
  • Có tư duy phân tích, phản biện và kể chuyện bằng dữ liệu (data storytelling), khả năng truyền đạt insight rõ ràng cho team non-data.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên biết Python/R để hỗ trợ xử lý dữ liệu và tự động hóa phân tích.
