JOB DUTIES

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Data Analyst with 5 minimum years of hands-on experience using Tableau Desktop. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and the ability to deliver high-quality insights under tight deadlines. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to create actionable Tableau dashboards and reports. Experience with Amazon Athena is a plus. Additionally, the role may require occasional on-site presence in Hanoi when the end customer arrives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop.
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate their data needs into actionable visual insights.
  • Design, implement, and automate reporting solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Perform data analysis, clean-up, and validation for accurate reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau reports and dashboards to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers for effective data integration.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Tableau visualizations.
  • Manage tight deadlines efficiently while maintaining collaboration and quality.
  • Be available for on-site work in Hanoi as needed when the customer requires in-person interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience with Tableau Desktop and dashboard development.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Hands-on experience creating complex reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  • Proficient in SQL and working with large datasets.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
  • English proficiency for effective communication with international stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to be on-site in Hanoi when requested by the end customer.
