Mobile Engineer

WHAT WE DO:

• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to mobile app system design
• Take responsibility for researching and designing application solutions using Flutter, or native technologies such as Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
• Improve app performance, enhance user experience, and ensure project quality
• Review, maintain, and refactor code for scalability and readability
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and clients, communicating directly in English

WHO YOU ARE:

#Experience Requirements

Mandatory skills:

• At least 3 years working with Flutter or Native (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift)
• Strong skills in UI implementation and responsive layouts across multiple screen sizes and platforms (iOS/Android)
• Solid understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and core design principles
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and databases (SQLite, Hive, Room, Shared Preferences, etc.)
• Proficiency with development tools (Android Studio, VS Code) and source control using Git
• Experience writing unit tests, widget tests, or integration tests
• Proficiency with mobile frameworks and state management solutions (Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, Redux), including performance optimization and test writing (unit/widget/integration tests)
• Preference given to candidates willing to learn and adapt to new technologies

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of software architectures (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Push Notifications)
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience working with community packages or developing custom packages/libraries
• Understanding of dependency injection frameworks (GetIt, Riverpod DI, Dagger/Hilt for Android, or an equivalent solution for iOS/Swift)
• Awareness of the latest trends in mobile development, with a willingness to share knowledge within the team
