MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Tiến hành thực hiện các công việc tuyển dụng

  • Thực hiện các công tác đào tạo nhân viên mới

  • Duy trì hoạt động trong nhân sự, hỗ trợ công tác tuyền thông nội bộ

  • Thực hiện các hoạt động đánh giá

  • Thực hiện một số nghiệp vụ quản trị nhân sự và báo cáo

  • Đảm bảo các quy chế, nguyên tắc hoạt động theo quy định của doanh nghiệp

  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan từ các phòng ban

YÊU CẦU:

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên

  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng khối lao động phổ thông

  • Có thể xoay ca và sẵn sàng làm việc vào các ngày lễ

  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng ( Word, Excel, Power point)

  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt

  • Tự giác, chủ động và có khả năng làm việc độc lập

  • Giao tiếp, báo cáo và đọc viết tiếng anh tốt là một lợi thế

  • Có thể luân chuyển vị trí làm việc là một lợi thế
