Position: Sales Support Admin

Reports to: Regional Manager - Vietnam

Key Responsibilities


• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including meeting arrangements, bookings, and reimbursement processes.


• Assist the RGM with daily tasks (Translation support to Business Director when required)


• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


• Maintain well-organized records, documents, and ensure timely task follow-ups.


• Prepare and manage basic sales-related documents and reports when needed.


• Deliver excellent service and proactive support to both the Sales team and management.

Requirements


• Good command of English (able to assist with translations when needed).


• Open to fresh graduates; however, a degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.


• Possess a good service mind, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Skills & Competencies


• Language Skills: Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.


• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; basic Excel (formulas, pivot tables) preferred.


• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively between different departments.


• Detail-Oriented: Accurate and careful in handling documents, data entry, and reporting.


• Service Mindset: Supportive, approachable, and solution-focused.

Work Conditions


• Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday.


• Working Hours: 9:00-18:00
