  1.   GENERAL INFORMATION

We are looking for primary teachers who have experience handling core subjects (English, science, math and social studies) for levels 1-6 for International School System in Ho Chi Minh City, belonging to RT Holdings:

  •    The Western Australian International School System (WASS).
  •    The Sydney School (SISS).
  •   The Pennsylvania American School System (PENN).

Our campuses:

  • Campus No.43 Nguyen Thong Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCMC.
  • Campus No.157 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCMC.
  • Campus No.84 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street, Ward 9, District 3, HCMC.
  • Campus No.125 Tran Quoc Thao, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC
  • Campus No. 10 Ba Thang Hai St., Hoa Hung Ward, HCMC
  • Campus 240 Tran Binh Trong St., Cho Quan Ward, HCMC
  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning

Create and distribute educational content.

Prepare, administer, supervise, and grade examinations, quizzes, and other assignments

Educate students on following a schools moral codes and behaviors

Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss a students progress.

Assess and record students progress and provide grades and feedback

Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom

Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings

Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, etc.

Cover the class for absent colleagues when necessary.

Other related duties assigned by the Board of Principals. 

  1. WORKING HOUR:

40 hours per week (7:30 16:30) from Monday to Friday.

  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in education, pedagogy or related to teaching.
  • Master's degree in education is desirable.
  • Certifications in education are recognized (PGCE, QTS, Teaching Licenses).
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in proven international schools.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in the language of instruction (English).
  • Knowledge in the delivery and implementation of the Australian curriculum (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Experience in planning, instructional design and assessment.
  • Be adaptable, dynamic and willing to apply strategies that fit local and cultural realities.
