We are seeking a Secondary Science Teachers for our Go Vap campus to join our International Program community, Starting August 2025, for Academic year onwards. B. YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY

1/ Planning and Teaching

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Primary ESL, Math & Science Teaching: Teachers are expected to deliver up to 30 teaching periods per week, plus 2 fixed ECA or Tutorial periods. 35 minutes per period.
• Operational Flexibility: Teachers may be asked to adjust their schedules occasionally to meet the needs of the school community, which includes supporting colleagues by covering classes when necessary.
• Lesson Planning: Teachers have access to quality resources to support lesson planning and student engagement while allowing flexibility in their approach.
• Non-Contact time: Primarily for planning and administrative tasks, with occasional short-term coverage or support for colleagues as needed.

2/ Parent Engagement and Student Wellbeing

• Attend annual parent-teacher meetings as scheduled.
• Collaborate with local teachers to effectively communicate with parents about academic and social matters, including follow-ups on reports and during parent-teacher meetings.
• Regularly update student progress each quarter in our LMS system.
• Ensure a purposeful and safe learning environment for all students.

3/ Curriculum Revision

• Give feedback on the school curriculum when necessary.
• Assist in the revision of the schools syllabi and materials if needed.

C. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1/ Qualifications

• A Bachelor/Master university degree in education or a closely related field.
• Candidates with a PGCE, QTS, or a valid teaching license are strongly preferred.
• Candidates with entry-level certifications may be considered if they are actively working toward obtaining a PGCE, teaching license, or a higher qualification.

2/ Experiences & Skills

• At least two years of relevant teaching experience, ideally in an international or bilingual school environment.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to implement 21st-century learning strategies, differentiated instruction, and educational interventions tailored to diverse student needs.
• Skills in IT, including the creation of interactive presentations (PPTs).
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level). Non-native teachers must have or obtain an IELTS 8.0+ qualification within the first year.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive and productive learning environment.
• Applicants may be required to conduct a live in person demo lesson or submit a sample lesson plan based on provided school materials.

3/ Safeguarding and Student Safety
