Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are finished on time, within scope, and on budget. Daily tasks include coordinating resources, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting activities. The Project Manager will also be responsible for strategic project planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects (SFA / OMS / DMS) from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and governance framework in alignment with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Coordinate activities across functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks with mitigation recommendations.

  • Manage project documentation, status reporting, and Steering Committee updates.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodology and best practices.

  • Support change management, user training, and post go-live stabilization.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during and after implementation.

  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and

  • Build trust with clients by understanding their business goals and proposing appropriate solutions or service enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

  • 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle projects implementation for enterprise business solutions (ERP, SFA, OMS, DMS, CRM), including planning, execution, and post go-live support.

  • Solid understanding of Sales & Distribution processes such as distributor management, pricing, discounts, and promotions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in documentation and project tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.); good command of English (written and spoken).

  • Experience implementing B2B SaaS/DMS/retail tech systems is highly preferred.
