Get to Know the Team

The Mobility team at Grab focuses on enhancing transportation solutions and improving the user experience for our riders and drivers. We work on several aspects, including optimizing routes, ensuring safety, and integrating new technologies to make rides more efficient and accessible.

Get to Know the Role

The Biz Ops & Project Specialist will support the smooth delivery of important Mobility projects through operational execution and clear project coordination. You will help prepare GTM plans, manage workflows, and ensure activities move forward. You will support early-stage BD work such as partner discussions and proposal preparation.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Conduct market, operational, and performance analysis to support GTM planning.
  • Lead core operational workflows, including contract coordination, documentation packages, Standard Operating Procedure agreement, and on-ground event execution.
  • Promote end-to-end project implementation: planning, timeline management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth rollout of projects.
  • Support BD-related tasks such as preparing proposals, leading early partner conversations, and assessing collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, commercial execution, or partnerships.
  • Experience in contract workflows, process understanding, and event/activation execution; exposure to Business Development.
  • Experience in project management
  • Use fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
