Job description
What we're looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to join our Product Team, dedicated to the Mobile App Publishing program. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the development backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that align with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to enhance the mobile app publishing process and optimize user experience.

Role and responsibilities
Product Ownership

• Define and articulate the product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, product vision and user needs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection to refine product strategies.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity, alignment, and a focus on the product's objectives.
• Work closely with developers, Business Analyst, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development team, partners ensuring alignment on product goals.
• Act as a servant leader by removing impediments that block the team's progress.

Agile Facilitation

• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Growth team to conduct growth campaigns, app performance, and monetization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze both product performance (user engagement, retention, feature adoption, etc.) and business performance (revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc.) to ensure sustainable growth.
• Provide clear and concise updates on product development progress and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Propose data-driven optimization strategies based on insights from product and business performance metrics.

Customer Focus

• Act as the voice of the customer by conducting user research, validating assumptions, and identifying innovation opportunities.
• Foster a culture of customer interviews and focus on defining North Star metrics and resolving high-priority customer pain points.
• Measure and analyze product performance to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, or product-related role.
• Having experience with Blockchain or Web3 is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize features and make informed decisions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, including Discovery and Ideation phase.
• Ability to discuss and understand Web3 Wallet concepts with developers and designers.
