THE ROLE

As a 
Product
 
Owner
, you'll play an invaluable hands-on role in defining how the technology of the future looks and feels. You will work directly with our engineers, product managers, data scientists and sales to shape product experiences that help clients start and scale their Machine Learning use cases on our platform. Our team builds beautiful products with a strong problem solving and critical thinking mindset and a passion to understand the user's needs and pain points.

Operating as part of the Product team, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, analyze, define, design, validate, implement and release new features and product improvements;
• Analyze product requirements, develop appropriate user stories and manage delivery;
• Collaborate with and support stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps & planning;
• Collaborate to conduct user research/interview, design sprints and others product development & planning activities;
• Develop and drive best practices in product development & process management;
• Research and understand ICPs, market segments, user personae and use cases; and
• Contribute to the evangelization of our product and our culture internally and externally.

   You are able to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of functionality, simplicity, flexibility and ease of use. You can break a complex requirement into bite-size executable pieces;
• Well developed communication skills:
  You can write concise and testable user stories. You are able to articulate your decisions and gather meaningful feedback from across the team;
• Effective organization and management skills:
   You are a highly effective organized individual. You find joys in working with dynamic Agile-based teams to manage deliveries, often with unclear interdependencies and priorities;

  Strong UX understanding:
   You are familiar with user research and industry best practices. You are a tireless advocate for the users and user-centered approach;
• Passion for excellence:
   You do ordinary things extra-ordinary well. You always want to go above and beyond in everything you do and are passionate about solving user pain points through deep user/market understanding;
• ‍
  Deep curiosity about how things work:
  You are not afraid to raise questions and challenge existing assumptions. You are willing to try different solutions and approaches to get to the bottom of things;
• A "can-do" attitude with:
   You welcome challenges and you are able to work autonomously and proactively bring new ideas to the table; and
• Preferred previous experience with B2B SaaS enterprise software products:
   Track record of 3+ years of leading and solving customer problems for B2B SaaS enterprise software products as a Product Owner or a Business Analyst is 
  a major advantage
