What You'll Do: (Key Responsibilities)

• Design & Optimize:
  Configure and troubleshoot WiFi standards a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) to ensure optimal network performance and coverage. Design and optimize high-performance Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Security Expertise:
  Possess a deep understanding of WiFi security protocols, including WPA2, WPA3, with thorough knowledge of handshake, encryption, and authentication processes.
• RF & Antenna Analysis:
  Perform RF analysis and troubleshooting using specialized tools like spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes. Understand QAM, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Spatial Reuse, and other RF encoding technologies. Comprehensive understanding of antenna design considerations, including gain, power levels, antenna patterns, and beam-forming techniques. Experience with RF circuit design is a significant plus.
• Diagnosis & Automation:
  Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and optimize network performance. Automate network configuration by developing tools using Python or other programming languages.
• Collaboration & Innovation:
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize WiFi performance and resolve intricate networking issues. Stay updated with the latest advancements in WiFi technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network infrastructure.

What We're Looking For: (Qualifications)

• Strong Foundation:
  Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including QoS, VLAN, and routing. Proficiency with WiFi standards a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and thorough knowledge of WiFi security protocols (WPA2, WPA3).
• Protocol Insight:
  In-depth understanding of Wi-Fi networks, specifically the technical aspects of the protocol, and additional Wi-Fi IEEE standards (e.g., 802.11k, 802.11v, 802.11r).
• RF Principles:
  Solid knowledge of RF principles, including QAM, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Spatial Reuse, and antenna design.
• Hands-on Experience:
  Practical experience with RF tools such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and familiarity with RF circuitry.
• Programming Skills:
  Proficient in C/C++, familiar with Linux and embedded Linux systems.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and RF issues.
• Professional Certifications:
  Professional knowledge about Networking (CCNP, CCIE is a plus).
