Top 3 reasons to join usAttractive Salary & BenefitClear career path & growth opportunitiesYearly Performance BonusJob descriptionPhát triển firmware và driver cho camera sensor, ISP, codec và peripheral.Điều khiển motor (focus/ zoom/ iris), triển khai và tối ưu auto-focus, auto-zoom cơ bản.Tuning ISP pipeline: denoise, HDR, color correction, white balance.Tích hợp sensor trên board, debug firmware, hỗ trợ bring-up phần cứng.Tối ưu hiệu năng firmware (latency, throughput, power consumption).Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Hardware Engineer và Embedded Linux Engineer để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, hiệu suất cao.Your skills and experienceTốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Điện - Điện tử, Kỹ thuật máy tính, Khoa học máy tính, Tự động hóa, hoặc các ngành liên quan.Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển firmware embedded.Am hiểu về Linux, RTOS hoặc bare-metal programming.Kinh nghiệm phát triển firmware và driver cho camera sensor, ISP, codec, peripheral.Có kiến thức về motor control (focus/ zoom/ iris) và xử lý auto-focus, auto-zoom cơ bản.Hiểu và sử dụng thành thạo giao tiếp phần cứng: MIPI, I2C, SPI, UART.Có kiến thức cơ bản về ISP tuning (denoise, HDR, color correction, white balance).Thành thạo C/C++, Git, CI/CD cơ bản.Kinh nghiệm làm việc với Linux/RTOS, cross-compilation và toolchain.Sử dụng thành thạo công cụ debug: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG.Kỹ năng tối ưu hiệu năng firmware (latency, throughput, power).Có khả năng đọc hiểu datasheet, technical notes và tài liệu chuyên ngành bằng tiếng Anh.Có thể viết báo cáo kỹ thuật và trao đổi cơ bản với đối tác, nhà cung cấp quốc tế.Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật.Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp với các nhóm kỹ thuật khác.Quản lý thời gian và công việc hiệu quả.ƯU TIÊN: Đã từng làm trong môi trường kỹ thuật, R&D hoặc sản xuất phần cứng.Đã tham gia phát triển camera, UAV/ drone camera, robotics, hoặc thiết bị nhúng.Why you'll love working hereMức lương cạnh tranh, review lương 1-2 lần/năm.Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần (Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu).BHXH theo quy định, bảo hiểm sức khỏe nâng cao, kiểm tra sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm.12 ngày phép năm, thêm 1 ngày nghỉ hưởng lương trong ngày sinh nhật.Lương tháng 13, thưởng quý, thưởng cuối năm (dựa trên tình hình kinh doanh và performance của nhân viên).
