  • Responsibilities
  • Develop Site HR work plan according to site business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and improve site HR operations related to employee life cycle management, employee engagement and experience, ensuring on-time, quality, cost effectiveness and people oriented.
  • Lead labor compliance activities to meet legal and customers request and follow up corrective actions plan implementation.
  • Lead the implementation of Hi-P management philosophy, such as Execution Foundation, Guiding Principles…etc.
  • Initiate and manage HR projects to address business and organization needs.
  • Support and implement Corp HR strategic projects related to organization development, performance management, motivation, talent development, and culture.
  • Manage external resources and vendors and evaluate their service according to Corp policies.
  • Engage external resources and stakeholders from local community and enhance Hi-P brand as the Hi-P ambassador.
  • Ensure capable site HR team through recruitment, development and motivation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, prefer major in HR, Psychology, Legal or Business Administration.
  • More than 10 years HR experience in industrial MFG company.
  • More than 5 years on the overall HR management role, with the experience related to labor intensive MFG site and CSR is highly preferred.
  • Task oriented with sense of urgency.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Team management and development.
  • Workable Mandarin & English
