Job Purpose:

• Supervise warehouse operation, to lead the warehouse staff in warehouses for daily operation in providing excellent service to customers and internal departments.
• To protect Company assets, production efficiency and motivating the staff while completing the tasks within target deadlines are the main focus of this position
• To provide supports and handle warehouse audits internally & externally
• To ensure compliance for EHS requirements internally and externally
• Support Warehouse manager if requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all of actives & performance about redressing importer stamp / label of product at Warehouse, including:
  • Performance for checking and receipt importer stamp/ label of products material
  • Performance for dispatching to redressing line and control stock
  • Supervisor about Redressing importer stamp/ label procedure
  • Control quality of importer stamp/ label of product as: actual quality using, quality of damage, remain quality after finished process
  • Control damaged products on redressing process of product and move them to storage the right location condition
  • Control information, data about redressing activities BRR and inform to Quality for next step.
• Supervise services of Vendor:
  • Redress sticker of products
  • Picking, checking, packing and zoning of products
  • Dispatching of stocks to assigned areas
  • Monitor all activities of 3rd parties including putting labels, stickers or exchange leaflet, pest control, and cleaning
• Suggest enhancements to Line Manager for improvement or revisions in WMS to better run the warehouse
• Coordinate with CS&L, QA, Customs Broker for receiving shipment upon arrival
• Co-ordinate with local distributor for delivery, receiving, and update data in time
• Ensure for inventory accuracy and stock counting in accordance with company policy or SOPs/ WI
• Co-ordinate with Warehouse Manager or relevant departments for updating SOPs/ WIs/ Annexes in time
• Process the stock inbound & outbound, sign on documents related to inbound and outbound
• Assure that all expired or damaged / near expiration/ returned/ recalled/ rejected/ retention sample stocks are segregated and controlled properly
• Assure that all expired or damaged / near expiration/ returned/ recalled/ rejected/ retention stocks and shortage or overages are documented accurately, coordinate with Warehouse Manager in the matter of notification of above issue to QA
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager in the matter of goods destruction and stock -taking
• Coordinate with Quality staff to affix "the yellow circle sticker" on the outer box of retention sample product after transferring "block" status on WMS.
• Ensure that actual physical bin location of product and on inventory management system is match
• Monitor temperature & relative humidity including acceptable ways of recording temperature and humidity.
• Efficient process in the returns section
• On a regular basis coordinate with other departments in relation to matters concerning the functions above.
• Monitoring for the maintenance of Good Storage Practices
• To provide supports and handle warehouse audits internally & externally.
• Monitor for EHS process at warehouse and report to Head of Dept. and relate Dept. for handling in time
• Other tasks assigned by WH Manager such as raising PO, prepare payment, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or similar in position
• Minimum Level of Education:  College
• Area of Specialization: Pharmaceutical or Warehouse or relevant majors
• Independent and can work with minimal supervision
• Open to be based in VISIP2, Binh Duong.
