  • Work location: 685 Lac Long Quan, Lotte Mall Westlake Tay Ho, Hanoi

  • Working time: 5 days/week, 8:30 – 17:30

  • Preferred Language For Applications: English

  • Accounts receivable:

  • Review and check the content of the office rental contract, including customer information and payment terms, in accordance with regulations

  • Check all documents for SAP incoming payment (Invoice, Contract, payment request, and other supporting documents). In case of error: Report to the General Accountant and give back to the requester for amendment.
  • Check debit note and Issue VAT invoice for Tenant of Office, Lotte subsidiaries, and others.
  • Follow receivables on SAP systems. Notify the leasing team when any debt is overdue

  • Prepare VAT output report monthly

  • Budget works:

  • Control and guide other departments to use cost centers, and adjust cost centers in the P&L report

  • Make expense allocation from LPH to Mall, Office, and Hotel on the SAP system before closing
  • Prepare and analyze P&L report as required.

  • University degree, major in Finance & Accounting years of working experience in accounting and finance. (Experience in the position with the real estate or retails industry (Office Leasing, Shopping Malls or Hotels).

  • Good communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
