Purpose of the job:

Channel Sales Leader as Himel Brand ambassador and drive territory revenue, focusing on all channels in the assigned countries. He/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market in distributor/project background and process strong relationship with related stakeholders (distributors, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, etc.) . He/she will interact directly with key players and provide technical and commercial support for Himel offers. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Promote All Himel products to All Channel Partners, OEM, Sustain and develop relationship with all customers/ partners etc…
  2. Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned KPIs
  3. Implement the marketing and sales Strategy for the assigned set of countries.
  4. Propose optimized techno-commercial offering based on Himel latest product features.
  5. Gather project information and build efficient projects Pipeline.
  6. Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project (especially FDI of Taiwanese Investor and Chinese investor).
  7. Managing Projects to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly & Quarterly Sales forecast.
  8. Maintain market trend awareness in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events…
  9. Ensure high level of service provided to partners and customers.
  10. Organize Quarterly business review with Partners, to create corrective action plan and understanding to enhance the business.

Essential Professional Experience:

  1. 5+ years in relevant Sales & Marketing roles
  2. Project experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.
  3. Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions: Low Voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, etc.
  4. Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries' sales.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.
  2. Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industry
  3. Experience in penetrating New Markets
  4. Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, competitor knowledge, strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship

  1. Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization
  2. Good communication and presentation skills
  3. Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas
  4. Strategic view, teamwork and quick execution with a sense of speed
  5. Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

Education background:

  1. BS degree, Electrical Engineering background

Others:

  1. Local language, English fluent, Chinese is preferred
  2. Computer Skills: MS Office
