Mô tả công việc:

  1. Phân tích & xử lý dữ liệu

  2. Thu thập, làm sạch, chuẩn hóa dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau (database, API, file…).

  3. Xử lý dữ liệu phi cấu trúc, đặc biệt là dữ liệu văn bản (text, PDF, HTML…).

  4. Khai thác dữ liệu lịch sử để xây dựng các báo cáo và dashboard phân tích.

  5. Xây dựng mô hình & thuật toán

  6. Phát triển mô hình Machine Learning / Deep Learning phục vụ phân loại, gợi ý, dự báo.

  7. Ứng dụng NLP (Natural Language Processing) để phân tích, tìm kiếm và trích xuất thông tin từ văn bản pháp luật.

  8. Tối ưu hiệu suất và độ chính xác của mô hình.

  9. Thiết kế & triển khai giải pháp dữ liệu

  10. Xây dựng pipeline xử lý dữ liệu tự động (ETL/ELT).

  11. Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc kho dữ liệu (Data Warehouse, Data Lake).

  12. Triển khai API hoặc công cụ hỗ trợ khai thác dữ liệu.

  13. Chủ động hợp tác

  14. Làm việc với Business Analyst để hiểu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và tiêu chí phân tích.

  15. Phối hợp với team phát triển phần mềm để tích hợp mô hình vào hệ thống.

  16. Nghiên cứu & cải tiến

  17. Cập nhật xu hướng và công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực khoa học dữ liệu, AI, NLP.

  18. Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến chất lượng và tốc độ xử lý dữ liệu.

Yêu cầu:

  1. Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp ĐH/ThS ngành Khoa học dữ liệu, Toán – Tin, CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin hoặc liên quan.

  2. Kinh nghiệm:

  3. 2 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Data Science, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với dữ liệu văn bản.

  4. Lợi thế: Đã từng tham gia nghiên cứu, xây dựng Hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về văn bản pháp luật hoặc các hệ thống dữ liệu pháp lý quy mô lớn.

  5. Kỹ năng & công cụ:

  6. Thành thạo Python/R, thư viện ML & NLP (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK…).

  7. Hiểu biết về các hệ quản trị CSDL (SQL, NoSQL).

  8. Kinh nghiệm triển khai pipeline dữ liệu (Airflow, Luigi…) và công cụ Big Data (Hadoop, Spark…).

  9. Kỹ năng xử lý dữ liệu phi cấu trúc, OCR, nhận dạng thực thể (NER).

  10. Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh tốt để đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và nghiên cứu học thuật.
