As a
Junior AI Engineer
, you will join our team to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions and scalable backend systems. You will work closely with senior engineers to build production-grade AI-driven features, APIs, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying
    AI and backend solutions
    using
    Python
    ,
    FastAPI
    , and modern AI frameworks.
  • Support the development and optimization of
    machine learning (ML)
    and
    large language model (LLM)
    applications.
  • Perform
    data preprocessing
    ,
    feature engineering
    , and
    model integration
    under supervision.
  • Work with
    PostgreSQL
    and/or
    MongoDB
    to write efficient queries and manage data pipelines.
  • Help build and maintain
    APIs and services (REST/WebSocket)
    .
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate AI-driven features into web applications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    ,
    team discussions
    , and
    technical learning sessions
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Engineering
    , or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
  • Must have very good English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    machine learning
    concepts,
    transformers
    , or
    LLMs
    .
  • Experience with
    Python
    and familiarity with backend frameworks such as
    FastAPI
    ,
    Flask
    , or
    Django
    .
  • Understanding of
    databases
    (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and
    data modeling
    .
  • Awareness of
    deployment tools
    (Docker, CI/CD) is an advantage.
  • Eager to learn, open-minded, and proactive in solving problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience coding in
    JavaScript.
  • Prior exposure to
    cloud services
    (AWS, GCP, Azure) or
    AI/ML APIs
    .
  • Understanding of
    frontend-backend integration
    for AI features.
  • Participation in
    personal or academic AI projects
    .
