Your responsibilities:

Join a new and dynamic team at Eastgate Software focused on developing advanced AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents. The team is solving complex problems, designing and optimizing intelligent systems, and building transformative AI-driven applications. Ongoing investigations and tasks include:

  • Developing and fine-tuning LLMs for specific applications
  • Implementing RAG architectures to enhance model accuracy and retrieval efficiency
  • Creating AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy models and monitor their performance
  • Optimizing LLM deployment for performance, scalability, and security

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience
     in AI, ML, or software development
  • Strong passion for AI technologies and data science
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
  • Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG methods, and AI Agents
  • Experience in implementing machine learning pipelines and deploying AI models
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms for LLM deployment is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good English skills are a plus
  • A great team player with a proactive mindset
