‐Sử dụng Revit để phát triển và duy trì các mô hình BIM kiến trúc cho các dự án xây dựng (công nghiệp, thương mại, hỗn hợp) bao gồm ý tưởng, phát triển thiết kế, tài liệu thi công và các giai đoạn hoàn công.

  • Phối hợp với các kỹ sư kết cấu và cơ điện (MEP) để tích hợp hệ thống của họ vào mô hình kiến trúc, đảm bảo giao diện chính xác và thực hiện phát hiện và giải quyết xung đột.
  • Thực hiện đánh giá mô hình BIM, xác định các vấn đề (như hình học, xung đột hệ thống, tình trạng mô hình) và đề xuất các hành động khắc phục hoặc sửa đổi thiết kế.
  • Tạo bản vẽ 2D chính xác và tài liệu bắt nguồn từ mô hình BIM (mặt bằng, mặt cắt, mặt đứng, bảng tiến độ) để trình thiết kế và thi công.
  • Duy trì chất lượng mô hình, thiết lập và thực thi các tiêu chuẩn BIM, mẫu Revit, nhóm/thư viện, quy ước đặt tên và kiểm soát phiên bản.
  • Hỗ trợ điều phối thi công: cung cấp các sản phẩm dựa trên mô hình cho quy hoạch xây dựng, điều phối công trường và có thể hỗ trợ mô hình hoàn công sau khi hoàn thành dự án.
  • Tham gia các cuộc họp dự án (đánh giá thiết kế, họp điều phối, hội thảo khách hàng) và đại diện cho bộ phận BIM/kiến trúc trong thiết kế.
  • Cung cấp hướng dẫn hoặc đào tạo cho các kỹ sư/kỹ sư thiết kế ít kinh nghiệm về các phương pháp và quy trình làm việc tốt nhất của Revit/BIM.
  • Liên tục đánh giá và cải tiến các quy trình, công cụ và quy trình làm việc BIM trong môi trường thiết kế-thi công của công ty; đề xuất các cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả, chất lượng và tích hợp kỹ thuật số.
  • Liên lạc với các nhóm bên liên quan Nhật Bản và nhân viên dự án Việt Nam; đảm bảo giao tiếp giữa các bộ phận rõ ràng và tài liệu thiết kế thống nhất giữa các ngôn ngữ và văn hóa.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Kiến trúc hoặc Kỹ thuật Kết cấu
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Revit trong lĩnh vực Kiến trúc Nhật Bản.
