Our client is a dynamic company specializing in comprehensive e-commerce solutions for international clients across the US, Denmark, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, and more. By joining their team, you will manage end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from strategy and design to deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve application issues.

2. RESPONSIBILITY:

• Proven expertise in the Digital Marketing domain with a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud
  architecture and cloud ecosystem.
• Design and build integration into and out of Marketing Cloud.
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated system.
• Capture business requirements and transform into
  User Stories/Technical Specifications and Test Cases.
• Configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, problem solve, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
• Keep up to date with industry knowledge and serve as a product expert/product evangelist.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Up-to-date understanding of Marketing Cloud best practices and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionality and configuration including AMPscript, SQL, Email Studio/Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio (LandingPages/Microsites), Social Studio, Advertising Studio.
• Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle, specifically Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience of International Sends in a pan European implementation would be favorable.
• Have related certifications such as
  Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Consultant
  or willing to learn is a plus.
• Communicate well in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
