  • Tham gia thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp AI có giá trị thực tiễn ngay tại công ty và offshore.
  • Thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp AI dựa trên công nghệ Machine Learning, Deep Learning và Generative AI.
  • Phát triển và tích hợp hệ thống AI sử dụng Python, FastAPI, LangChain và các framework AI như PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các pipeline MLOps để đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu suất của mô hình AI.
  • Hợp tác với nhóm DevOps và kỹ sư dữ liệu để triển khai giải pháp trên nền tảng cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Tham gia phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu lớn phục vụ cho các mô hình AI.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án AI thực tế.
  • Có khả năng tham gia ngay vào các dự án, không phải môi trường học hỏi.
  • Thành thạo Python và các framework AI như PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
  • Kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ và thư viện AI hiện đại như HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, RAG.
  • Hiểu biết về cloud computing (AWS, Azure) và MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
  • Kinh nghiệm với Computer Vision và NLP là một lợi thế.
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập và trong nhóm, chủ động giải quyết vấn đề. ★ Yêu cầu khác:
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường dự án thực tế với áp lực và deadline rõ ràng.
  • Ưu tiên người có chứng chỉ AI liên quan (AWSML, Azure AI Engineer, v.v.).
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật là điểm cộng.
